Off to School

Every morning my mummy wakes me up I say good morning to mummy and daddy I say little prayers praising God Then I bath so clean and brush my teeth Yummy yummy breakfast is set by my mummy I say big thanks to my mummy and daddy ‘Am off to school, please don’t be late Good pupils hate to go school late Chorus: So ‘am off to school to learn ‘am off to school to learn ‘Am off to school to read ‘Am off to school to write Listen for good to your teachers when they teach And ask good questions when you don’t understand Copy notes and do your homework well So you don’t ever copy in the exam hall Good good pupils don’t make noise in the class Good pupils are neat and don’t fight They’re grateful to their teachers and friends And pray for those who help them to go to school Soon I will graduate and do my Youth Service I will work hard to serve humanity When I get a good job and earn my salary I will buy cars for my mummy and daddy We must give back to human life And that’s why we go to school Send a child to school today And save the world a thousand pain
