Broken Waves

In an ocean of waves I know I'm floating away Pointless smiles, broken laughs Twists and turns and too many paths Plunged in the sea But I cannot see The light at the end of this tunnel I bring others to safety. But then I cant save me So I just look around Who's there to save me If they arent on solid ground? Just one day at a time I say that I'm doing fine Supressed fears, hidden hearts It's too hard and I'm ripped apart Tidal waves here Help I cannot hear So I get sucked into the darkness I bring others to safety. But then I cant save me So I just look around Who's there to save me If they arent on solid ground? I need to save them But I can't save myself I swallow the tears and I drown In my fears All to make sure they're OK. But when they look back. Will they notice? That I have sunk into The abyss?
