Az épület 8 szint magas, a földszinti épülettömeg a teljes tömböt lefedi, ebből emelkedik ki a három „torony” az ÉK-i a DK-i sarkokon a kilátásra hangolva, illetve a DNy-i sarokban, ahol mind a kilátás felé, mind pedig a tömbbel szembeni utca felé is kilátás nyílik. Az épület tetőkertjei extenzív, illetve intenzív kialakítású zöldtetők. Az épület körbefutó erkélysávjával és párkányzatával „kéthéjú” megjelenést biztosít, de közben a váltakozásokkal megfelelő tagoltságot is ad. Az épület kiemelkedően korszerű hibrid fűtési-hűtési gépészeti rendszerrel kerül megvalósításra, biztosítva ezzel az épület tekintetében az építési engedély kiadásakor a vonatkozó rendelet szerinti AA+ energetikai besorolást.
