Lyrics

In the land of Whimsy, where the Truffula trees sway, And the skies are all vibrant, with the sun on display, Lived creatures in harmony, a wondrous delight, Till one fateful day brought a change overnight. The Wumpalumps sang in their snug little nests, The Gribblegrubs hummed while they polished their vests, But far to the north, in a glacier's embrace, A melt had begun, that would alter this place. It started with whispers, a drip, and a drop, The Gigglefish noticed, their swimming did stop. "The ice is all melting!" cried old Grizzle Gruff, Whose wise, ancient eyes had seen plenty enough. "Climate is changing, the earth's getting hot! We must take action, or face what we've wrought." But the Sneery-Snoo, with a scoff and a sneer, Declared, "It's a hoax! There's nothing to fear!" Yet the signs were all clear to the friends of the land, The Grumble-Tums knew they must take a stand. The waters were rising, the storms growing strong, The weather all weird and the seasons felt wrong. The Foofle-birds squawked from the tops of the trees, "The flowers are blooming, but where are the bees?" The Fuzzle-Bears noticed their dens getting damp, And the once-pleasant breeze had the scent of a swamp. The creatures convened in the great Hall of Floom, With serious faces, they filled up the room. "We must make a change, we must do it quick! Or our beautiful world will get terribly sick." The Glimmer-Glimp spoke with a soft, glowing light, "Our power is plenty if we all do what's right. Reduce what we waste, use less and conserve, Protect what we have, and give nature a serve." The Snorfle-Snouts nodded, the Plinkety-Plank, They all had ideas and they knew who to thank. For Old Grizzle Gruff had warned them before, And now they all listened, they could not ignore. "Plant more trees, clean the seas, let’s go green!" Sang the Jub-Jubbers sweetly, their eyes full of gleam. "We'll bike and we'll hike, leave the cars for a day, We'll recycle, reuse in a smart Whimsy way!" And so they all worked, with a cheer and a song, To heal their dear planet, it didn't take long. The skies turned back blue, and the waters clear, The bees came back buzzing, the balance was near. The glaciers stopped melting, the storms became mild, The Wumpalumps laughed, and the Sneery-Snoo smiled. For they all had learned, from the smallest to tall, That together they thrived, or together they’d fall. So remember this tale of the Whimsyland crew, The choices you make affect more than just you. Be kind to the earth, be wise and take care, For the future depends on the love that we share.
