Special Musical Bird

[Opening] My little girls came home from school this sunny day. To tell us how her blessed day had been. She told us she had found a special bird just down the street, So we both ran out the house sharing a grin. All we saw when we got there was a funny bird. It looked at us both sharing our dismay. But then it reached behind it and it pulled out a guitar. It said "let's not ruin such a lovely sunny day" [chorus] I saw a little bird play guitar. It played it for me and my little girl. It played while it danced but it never missed a note. So I'll have to say it played it rather well. [Verse 1] This special bird had the spirit of an angel. They've done this for some lucky folks before. (lucky folks) While it shared it's Magical guitar playing to me and my little girl. It ask "would you happy folks like an encore" (Encore) [chorus] I saw a little bird play guitar. It played it for me and my little girl. It played while it danced but it never missed a note. So I'll have to say it played it rather well. [Verse 2] It bowed its head and called us a great audience. It was happy to be there with feathers colored bright. (bright) It said it's next show is far up in California. So it packed up its guitar and flew into the night. [chorus] I saw a little bird play guitar. It played it for me and my little girl. It played while it danced but it never missed a note. So I'll have to say it played it rather well. [Outro] So if you see a little bird dancing around with a guitar. Tell them my little girl plays one now and the bird will always be her star. And if the special musical bird ever feels like giving a call. We found a feather with it's number on it and framed it on the wall. [Fade out] [Instrumental] [end]
