O, Muse, what have you brought me? Golden rays of Helios, or perhaps Words carried by the wind across the seas? Listen, O Muse, to my prayer: May the words flow like a spring stream, Filling the space between the stars. O, Apollo, enlighten my thoughts! May the verses flow like a mountain river, Filling the soul with harmony and beauty.
