首先将诗目鱼肚抹上适亮米酒 盐 腌制十分钟入味。
再将诗目鱼两面充分擦干 要很干才不容易油爆。
接着 在锅中倒入少许食用油。
然后再放诗目鱼入锅中 鱼皮朝下。
轻轻移动鱼身 让鱼皮均匀附卓食用油。
开中小火将皮煎至金黄酥脆 即可翻面。
最后转小火慢煎保持鱼肉鲜嫩 煎至适当熟度即可起锅。
