Lyrics

(Verse 1) Beneath the pall of a rust-red sky, Mara and Jon sought a place to lie. Their ship had shattered 'gainst rock and root, In the rim world's grip, their fate took root. (Verse 2) Jon, a soldier worn by wars, Mara, a healer of old harms. Together they braved this hostile land, In a pact of survival, hand in hand. (Chorus) Starfallen dreams under crimson moons, Their hopes like whispers, frail and doomed. In shadows cast by worlds unknown, Together, yet forever alone. (Verse 3) A winter fierce, the cold did bite, Food ran low, no end in sight. From out the woods, a beast did creep, Its eyes on Mara, a meal to reap. (Verse 4) Jon stood firm with his ragged spear, His voice a calm, masking his fear. "Run Mara, run!" was all he cried, Against the beast, alone he'd bide. (Chorus) Starfallen dreams under crimson moons, Their hopes like whispers, frail and doomed. In shadows cast by worlds unknown, Together, yet forever alone. (Bridge) The snow turned red with valiant fight, Jon's cries echoed into the night. Mara fled through ice and storm, Her heart forlorn, her spirit torn. (Verse 5) By dawn’s weak light, she returned to see, Jon lay beneath, the Gauranlen tree. Her tears did freeze, upon her cheek, In silent scream, no (Chorus) Starfallen dreams under crimson moons, Their hopes like whispers, frail and doomed. Her tears did freeze, upon her cheek, In silent scream, no In silent scream, no more strength to speak. (Verse 6) With trembling hands, she laid him to rest, Underneath the Gauranlen's crest. A wooden cross, his name she scribed, In this alien soil, where he bravely died. (Chorus) Starfallen dreams under crimson moons, Their hopes like whispers, frail and doomed. In shadows cast by worlds unknown, Together, yet forever alone. (Outro) Mara stands by the Gauranlen tree, A symbol of love and memory. In the silence of the snow, She whispers goodbye, and turns to go. Her story etched upon the Rim, In heartache, survival, and limbs so grim. Under those rust-red skies, so vast, She walks on, with shadows of the past.
