After a few minutes, Breffles goes back to the kitchen and puts the container in the microwave for a minute.

She takes the beans out and puts them in a bowl, not before dumping some of the beans on the counter.
She continues eating her beans while the television continues to be on.

Meanwhile, her friend Pretzel had been offered a pair of free shoes (but only if she painted them black) and the only thing she could think of to paint them with was canned beans, which she took and mixed in her shoes, even though her parents had forbidden it.

Pretzel's mother, however, found out about her daughter's problems with this and she decided to send her to an institution for young girls.

However, she decided she would paint her shoes black, but before she could do it, her mother took her from the institution.
