I wake up with the ring of my phone, stretch my bones and get my work done, tend to the fields, the crops, the land, with my calloused feet and weathered hands. Planting the seeds, watching them grow, watering the plants, watching them flow, pulling the weeds, clearing the way, for the vegetables to have their day.
