Macaws spread their wings, in a brilliant flight, Bats flit through the air, in the dark of night. Tapirs wander softly, through the underbrush, In the rainforest rhythm, in no rush. The rainforest beats, with a lively song, In every call, and every throng. From the deepest roots, to the highest limb, The rainforest rhythm, within the dim. Leafcutter ants, in a parade so grand, Caimans glide smoothly, through the wetland. Anacondas rest, in the river’s bend, In the rainforest rhythm, without end. Agoutis scurry, in the morning light, Owls hoot softly, in the dead of night. The rainforest pulses, with life anew, In the rainforest rhythm, wild and true.
