Ode to Malenia

(Verse 1) In the shadowed halls of Elden, Where the moonlight wanes and wends, I faced a foe, a legend told, A warrior fierce, her name: Malenia. Her blade, a comet's fiery tail, Her eyes, twin stars that never fail, She danced upon the fractured earth, A tempest wild, a force of birth. I, a mere mortal, dared to stand, My sword trembling in my hand, But Malenia, oh, Malenia, Her laughter echoed through the land. (Chorus) "Come, challenger," she whispered low, "Your fate is sealed, your courage hollow. For I am bound by ancient ties, A guardian sworn to endless skies." And so we clashed, our blades aflame, In Elden's heart, where legends came, But try as I might, I could not break, The armor forged in starlight's wake. (Verse 2) Her strikes were lightning, swift and sure, Each parry a celestial lure, I stumbled, bled, my hope grew thin, As Malenia danced, her grin a sin. "Know this," she said, her voice like frost, "I am the storm, the tempest tossed, You seek salvation, but find despair, For I am bound to this fractured air." And so we fought, a cosmic dance, Two souls entwined in fate's advance, But Malenia, oh, Malenia, Her laughter mocked my mortal stance.
