I want to remind everyone that adhering to your scheduled shifts is crucial, unless alterations are pre-approved by me. Beginning early or extending your day doesn't translate to reduced hours in the subsequent shifts. Our salary contracts accommodate reasonable overtime, which, based on your role and duties, amounts to an additional 1-2 hours weekly. While I am open to making exceptions for significant extra hours, these will be assessed individually. Additionally, I've observed that our 10-minute breaks are often exceeding the intended duration. A 10-minute break should be exactly that 10 minutes away from your desk, not an extended period involving multiple breaks.
