Can I Make A Musical?

[Spoken word] Can I make a musical please? I get it's a bit of a maybe dumb question but um... I really want to make a musical, I just sorta really want to, y'know? Chirp the Musical was pretty cool and now I sorta want to make a musical now too. But, I want to be respectful to the producers of Chirp the Musical, the bird that could! Hehe well um, so yeah, I just want to know if I could make a musical as well. If you do not appreciate/want me to make a musical, I completely understand, and will not make the musical if so.
