Doctor Creation

In the beginning, oh what a sight, There was nothing at all, just darkness and night. No land or sea, no sun, moon, or stars, Just an empty void with no sight from afar. Then came a voice, "Let there be light!" And poof! It appeared, so shiny and bright. The light and the dark began to split, The day was born and the night would sit. "Let’s make the sky," said the voice with a cheer, So up went the heavens, so vast and so clear. Then down came the land, and up came the seas, With a wink and a nudge from a soft, gentle breeze. The land got some plants, and flowers, and trees, While the skies got some birds, to flutter with ease. The seas were adorned with fish here and there, And creatures with scales and some bubbles in air. “Now let’s make some creatures,” the voice gave a shout, “On land, in the air, and all about.” So, critters and critters, big and small, Started to live, and play, and crawl. Finally, a new creation took place, With humans made, in a grand, special race. They were made in the image, with smiles so bright, To live in the world and enjoy its delight. And that’s how it started, this marvelous show, With light, land, and creatures all set to grow. The world was just starting, with much more to unfold, In a story of wonder, exciting and bold.
