Camp on Her Mind

She is a tall long dark hair and dark eye gal She keeps Camp de Benneville Pines in the black Daisy Doodle the camp dog greets her as she goes about her day Daisy wags her tail, follow her Momma around And sometimes she follows her out of camp She smiles whenever she see campers coming into camp Walking like a gentle summer breeze And making sure everyone is settling in Campers look forward to being at camp She will take kids on a Fairy Hike Show us where the spider tree is And how we got our water tank And how fire almost took us out And how the water tank help with the fire She will sing silly songs And make up funny words She can be found cooking in the kitchen Or prepping, doing dishes, pots and pans Serving up meals, then cleaning up after campers leave Shoveling snow in the winter Making it safe for campers She can be found in her office doing all the paperwork Networking, going to meetings, texting employees Complementing her employees Her roommate is 97 years young And is quite the whipper snapper Camp is on her mind 24/7
