고요한 새벽, 어둠 속에서 발끝에 느껴지는 차가운 땅, 규칙적인 발자국 소리와 함께 심장은 나의 리듬을 새긴다. 한 줄기 어둠 속에서 조용히, 천천히, 내리는 이슬을 밟으며 새로운 아침을 열어 간다. 먼 동쪽, 서서히 붉어지는 하늘 어둠을 뚫고 솟아오르는 해. 그 첫 빛이 나뭇잎 위를 반사하며 황금빛으로 물들인다. 햇살에 반짝이는 이파리, 고요한 숨결 속에서 싱그러운 풀 내음이 코끝을 스친다. 촉촉하게 느껴지는 이슬, 싱그러운 신선한 감촉. 피어오르는 향기에 감각이 깨어난다. 새벽의 달리기, 그 속에서 느끼는 자유로움. 눈부신 아침 햇살 아래 나는 달린다, 계속 달린다.
